How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Shoot us a message using our Chat (bottom right) or email us at support@leads-extractor.com and we will cancel within 24 hours.

Google Maps™ shows more total results than I eventually recieved or downloaded?

Google does not check which business listings might have been shown earlier as result. Our extension checks for duplicates send earlier from Google Maps and removes them, which makes the total results count lower.

How can I split the values into different columns (Excel)?

You can take the text in one or more cells, and split it into multiple cells using the Convert Text to Columns Wizard inside Microsoft Excel; Please checkout the following guide by Microsoft here

Can I reactivate my account/subscription?

Yes you can, please reachout to us by email or chat and give us your previously used email. We will reactive the subscription on your account and inform you about it.

I got the paid plan, yet I only get limited results?

1. Make sure you are using the same email (copy-paste the following chrome://settings/account inside the chrome browser address bar) as you used to purchase the unlimited plan. If you want to change the email, contact us at support@leads-extractor.com.

2. Does the bottom license status keeps saying Unknown? Or do you see 'PAUSED' in the top right corner of Chrome? Just reinstall the extension and allow/enable 'SYNC' when asked.

3. Check if you have all permissions/access enabled for the extension (at chrome://extensions and press DETAILS, underneath the listed extension), it needs it to work properly as intended.

4. Remember to always open up the extension first (verification purposes) before performing a new search in Google Maps like you normally do.
